What happened to the Military License Plates for Motorcycles that were authorized back in 2005?  Here's an update from Legislative Chairman Mike Hays:

"I spoke with the department of revenue in February, and they hoped to have the final plate designs finished by May, with availability sometime this summer. They have been backlogged real bad for a couple years, due to the high number of new plates introduced and approved by the general assembly each year."
