Points: 1st place = 3 points, 2nd place = 2 points, 3rd place = 3 points.

Partners: -1 Rider and 1 passenger, 1 time through with sign-up before event begins.

Field Guidelines: Three lanes, each twelve feet wide by fifty feet long.

Contestants: Anyone may enter, but machines must have wheels with a radius of greater than fourteen inches, and tires less than six inches wide.  Passenger may compete with more than one rider, but must declare before the games begin whom they are taking their points with.  No one will be signed up after an event begins.

Rules: NO practicing on the field beforehand. After sign up, and before the games begin, competing order will be determined by random drawing - either names out of a hat or by drawing cards.

Points: All first place winners get three points, second place two points, and third place one point.  Points accumulate all season with the grand champions determined in the fall by greatest number of points.  The points go to the winners whether or not they are CMT/ABATE members. You do not have to be a member to enter the rodeo.

Primary Events: There are 4 that count for points. Slow Race, Weenie Bite, Ball & Cone and Barrel Roll. Ail others can be for fun and up to individual charters running rodeo.

Rules for the Points Games:

Slow Race: Your feet may not touch the ground after your front wheel crosses the starting line.  If either of your tires touches a boundary line, you are disqualified.  The last one to cross the finish line advances to the next round or receives the points.

Weenie Bite: Feet may not touch the ground five feet before or after the weenie stand.  Height adjustment for each contestant is allowed.  Bun length hotdogs are to be used.  What is bitten off is what is measured.  If weenie is pulled out of the holder, contestants may make another pass.  If the weenie is pulled out a second time, the contestant is disqualified.  Choice of condiments is at the Rodeo host discretion.

Ball & Cone: Six cones, ten feet apart, beginning on the start line and ending on the finish line.  Center of the cone eighteen inches from boundary line.  Once rider crosses start line, feet may not touch the ground, or tires touch the boundary.  Passenger places balls on the cones, greatest number of balanced balls determines winner.  In case of a tie move cones back 6 inches and run course again.

Barrel Roll: Feet may be on the ground.  Only front tire may touch the barrel.  If barrel touches the boundary line, your run is marked at point of contact.  Winner is determined by the first to cross the finish line, or whoever got the farthest down the track.
